01Individual inspection customer process

What are the general precautions

[Receive number]: At the registration hall on the first floor, receive the queue number
1. Determine the physical examination items or packages (it is recommended to consult the physical examination center in advance or confirm the physical examination items on the website)
2. Enter basic information (name, gender, age, ID number, contact information, physical examination content) at the front desk on the first floor
3. Receive the guideline and pay the fee
4. Store items
[Sub-division physical examination]: Go to the front desk on the second floor, and the automatic queuing system will arrange the sub-division physical examination (please arrange an orderly physical examination according to the system assignment and inspection guide)
[Traffic Guided Check Sheet]: After the physical examination, hand over the guide sheet to the front desk on the second floor
[Waiting for notification]: After four working days, the customer service staff of our center will call you to get the medical report in the lobby on the first floor.

02VIP customer process

[Responsible for examination on time]: According to the date of the physical examination, the examination should be performed on time
[Receiving shoe covers]: At the elevator entrance on the first floor, change disposable slippers or pick up shoe covers
[Entry information]: Enter basic information (name, gender, age, ID number, contact information, physical examination content) at the front desk on the third floor
1. Receive the guideline and pay the fee
2. Store items for physical examination (ordered physical examination according to the arrangement of the inspector)
3. After the physical examination, hand in the guide form to the front desk on the third floor
[Waiting for notification]: After four working days, the customer service staff of our center will call you to get the medical report in the lobby on the first floor.

03Team physical examination customer process

[Receive number]: Team members should be checked according to the physical examination contract, and the registration hall on the first floor will receive the queue number
1. Confirm basic information at the front desk on the first floor (name, gender, age, ID number, contact information, physical examination content)
2. Receive the guideline
3. Deposit items
[Sub-division physical examination]: Enter the front desk on the second floor, and the automatic queuing system will arrange the sub-division physical examination (please arrange an orderly physical examination according to the distribution of the system and the inspection guide)
[Traffic Guided Check Sheet]: After the physical examination, hand over the guide sheet to the front desk on the second floor
[Report delivery]: After seven working days, the staff of the center will send the medical report to your unit
